From Munich to Kufstein

  1. Option 1: Bayernticket --> cheapest option (only regional trains allowed!)
    • S8 regional train to München Ostbahnhof; then change over to
    • Regional train to Kufstein (=Meridian)
    • 1.5-2 hours
    • 26 EUR for one person; +8 EUR for every further person (34 EUR for two persons, 42 EUR for three persons etc. ; children are free on this ticket)
  2. Option 2: regular train ticket
    • S8 regional train to München Ostbahnhof; then change over to
    • EC train to Kufstein
    • 2-2.5 hours
    • 27.40 EUR one way per person
  3. Option 3: Airport taxi
    • Pick-up at airport, drop-off at hotel
    • 1.5-2 hours
    • only option if arriving late
    • 56 EUR one way, 96 EUR return (per Person)


From Innsbruck Airport to Kufstein:

  1. Option 1: Bus + Train
    • Bus F to Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof (main train station); then change over to
    • Train to Kufstein
    • 1-1.5 hours
    • 17.50 EUR one way per person

From Salzburg Airport to Kufstein:
